Torrent File Content (10 files). LOGIC STUDIO 9. Audio Content 1.dmg. Audio Content 2.dmg. Audio Content 3.dmg. Feb 27, 2017 - Yea, I was literally talking about a 3890 X 2160 file lol (guessing. Stick with 2K files and get a pc based player or 4k hardware logic to do the. Download Logic Pro X 10.3.2 macOS [TNT][dada] torrent or any other torrent from the Applications Mac. Direct download via magnet link. I was just on TPB and noticed a 4k Arrival BR rip that just got put up. And it is 4.7GB, 4.7 god damn GB, that is approx THREE PERCENT of the original quality.(There are lots of others showing up in similar sizes) How stupid are these people capturing/ripping the UHD blurays? If it was 1080p, 4.7GB would already borderline look crappy, and not until 10GB+/- are you going to get really nice 1080p video on a rip, 4K normally will be at least 4x larger in size and raw on the disc consumes 100-160GB. 5000kb/s bitrate on a 4k video is so laughable it blows my mind, it ends up being the same as the smallest HD yifi rip you could get, it is 100% redundant and a waste of time. ![]() ![]() For people that are not familiar with sizes and bitrates, the download would be like converting a raw bluray to a youtube video or worse. It is like building yourself a mansion, but using styrofoam, or buying a Bugatti and then dropping a Toyota Yaris engine in it. Jesus, what are these people thinking. Edit: Some were offended by the slanderous use of the beloved Toyota Yaris, so let's go with a Toyota Corolla • • • • •. I feel your pain bro and understand the rant. Understand that many P2P releases are from people with zero understanding about bitrates, resolution, data rates and probably also have no understanding of basic math. Unfortunately hasn't released any for 2160p / UHD yet. So the P2P scene without any rules of course produces low quality/useless releases like you've mentioned. Everyones waiting for the Scene to define a 2160p standard: • • Maybe if you focus on without P2P releases, you can probably hope for better releases or at least check the encoding details properly in the NFOs. One of the main issues is the discs are still unrippable and people are using capture cards, so only a few uploaders like Zeus have the proper equipment for true 4k quality. From personal experience, it doesn't just depend on the size, I got the Lego Movie that was about 25GB and the quality sucked, but then I got The Grand Tour and each hour long episode was only a couple GB, but the quality was 5x better than the Lego Movie. It's all a crap shoot right now. Problem two is some are uploading them with Dolby Atmos 7.1 tracks, but almost no 4k TV's will decode and output that audio, so the only way to watch those is with a high end computer and a 4k compatible receiver (Which I am breaking down and buying today because i'm a consumer slave to the cutting edge) I Usually wait for deals on craigslist but there is nothing around me that can handle 4k • • • • •. Those are just the codecs used. AAC is an audio codec, and X264 is a video codec. Both are the standard for most MP4 videos these days. These tags don't really tell you more than that, and so are only really useful to tell if the video is already in a format whatever device you're using can play or not. If you care about quality you'd have to go into the torrent details and see if they posted info on the resolution and bitrate. But even that won't guarantee that they didn't screw up some other encoding setting. Best bet is looking at the uncompressed screenshots, or check torrents that include a sample video file that you can download before the whole video to make sure the quality is up to par. It's because the majority of the users have no fucking idea on how to encode, and all they want is something that is small and easier to download. For this to be fixed, people need to be educated.
